Order and Confirmation
Ekobarn continuously work to make it easy for you as a customer to shop our organic products. To order, place products in the shopping cart and then click on to the checkout. (You can also favorite products and save for later).
Continue to checkout and fill in your information. You can also subscribe to newsletters and enjoy great deals like sales, news, inspirational reports and tips. Choose payment methods and accept our and /or Klarnas terms of purchase at checkout. After your order, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Note, check your spam if you can not find an order confirmation. We reserve ourselves for products to be out of stock. If so, we will notify you before your order is sent to give you the opportunity to change or cancel it.

The mobile phone number you enter at the checkout can be used for SMS delivery of delivery or other communications related to your order.

Shipments within Europe are charged 99 SEK.
Shipments to Norway are charged 129 SEK.
Outside the European Union
The shipping fee for international orders is 200 SEK. The shipments are fulfilled by DHL or FEDEX. Local tax and duties might be added upon delivery when shipping to countries outside the European Union.
Important information for non-eu clients:
Please take into account that international shipments outside the european union, might bring some additional duties, fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
Ekobarn Sverige AB cannot control or predict these charges, it is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
We recommend to request information at your local customs office in order to calculate any potential additional fees.
Swedish VAT (25%) is removed from your total in the checkout, but local taxes and duties might be added upon delivery by your local import office.
Shipments to USA are charged 200 SEK

Rest of the world
The shipping fee for international orders is 200 SEK. The shipments are fulfilled by DHL or FEDEX.
Orders are shipped out from Ekobarn Sverige AB warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.
All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price to pay will be without VAT. The total is adjusted in the checkout, see "Tax reduction".
IMPORT TAX AND DUTY (FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)
When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules in your country at the delivery of your order. Therefore, the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of Tax and Duty to pay is different in every country.
Payments are handled by Klarna or Paypal. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and other alternatives depending on your location. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Ekobarn Sverige AB does not store any credit card data.
Shipping costs are automatically settled in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. During peak periods and sales when we have a high order intake the delivery can take a few days extra.
Ekobarn is responsible for the transport risk, ie the risk of the goods being damaged or eliminating during transport from our warehouse to you. You stand for the risk of any return to us. We work with fixed freight charges and charge only one freight per order. We are not responsible for the item's internal delays.
Damage on package
If you detect damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office and make an injury report. Do not pick up a damaged packet! If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or shipping company's handling, contact them and make an injury report. If any dispute with the mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before returning to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you 350 SEK for our handling of the goods.
Price and payment options
We reserve ourselves for possible price errors and price adjustments. Ekobarn cooperates with Klarna and payment is made through Klarna Checkout. (only selectable in some countries). Attempt fraud fraud reports. Ekobarn reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
For every other countrys we use Paypal as a payment method.
- Klarna Checkout
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout displays the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners is the one who manages the payment transaction, while the purchase of the item or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.
Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, credit card, card payment or bank payment. Invoice is the preferred payment option.

When you pay via the Klarna invoice you are safe and easy. You never need to enter your card details, and always pay after you have received your goods.

Possibility of partial payment
- Klarna Account
The payment method for you who wants to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna's account is more than that. In addition to the fact that you always get your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases in an account. This applies even if you have purchased in several different stores through the Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

Right of withdrawal / Open purchase
We comply with the distance contract agreement according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered defective goods without giving any reason. Notification of this shall be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods (not applicable for specially ordered goods). Returned goods shall be unused and in original packaging and hanging tags shall remain on the garment. If this is not the case, a value reduction of up to 100% of the value of the product will be deducted upon repayment. You pay the return freight.
Refund is made after the goods have been received and approved by Ekobarn.
The Consumer Buyer gives you the right to advertise a product within three years, provided that the product was incorrect at the time of delivery and it is a production failure. If you receive a product that is wrong, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible, but within 60 days. Email us your order number with a description of what is wrong with the product and how it came to [email protected] Attach a few pictures of the product that shows the entire product as well as the defect in detail. Once we have received the mail, we will decide if there is an error on the item and return to you if the complaint is approved or not as soon as possible. All claims must be approved by Ecobar before returning.
Refund is made after the product has been advertised and received and approved as a complaint by Ecobarn.
Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and also refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
